Frequently asked questions

Do I need any special equipment for the video submission?

Nope, your phone is all you need. All we ask is that you keep it under 100MB. If your phone is set at 4K, setting it to 1080 will normally help this.

How long should the video be?
The video should be anywhere from 30 to 60 seconds. That gives us a chance to take a good look and rule out any potential one-offs. The goal here is to really get a full body shot so we can look at everything that's going on. If the video isn't clear or we need another angle no sweat! We'll just email you asking for it so you won't have to worry about paying for a 2nd video
What type of mechanics can I send?

Anything really. Typically we get Batting and Pitching submissions, but we also specialize in Fielding and Baserunning too.

What skill level is the lesson designed for?
The lesson is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players.
What does the Parent Support Lesson cover?

This is a one on one chat where you can ask anything that you might be struggling with. Maybe you don't know what size bat or glove to get or maybe you just want a rundown of expectations for what joining a league might mean for confidence, scheduling and your wallet. All in all it is designed to be a positive safe space to ask a question that you might otherwise be embarassed to ask another parent.
