Our Services
Virtual Baseball 101 provides virtual baseball coaching content for children, including personalized video mechanics breakdowns, pre-recorded lessons, and educational resources for parents. Services are delivered online and are intended to supplement, not replace, in-person coaching, physical conditioning guidance, or medical advice.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for use by parents or legal guardians on behalf of their children. By submitting a video or purchasing a service, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child featured, or have permission to submit the content on their behalf.
Video Submissions
When you submit a video for a Mechanics Analysis, you retain ownership of your video. You grant Virtual Baseball 101 a limited license to view and analyze the footage solely for the purpose of providing your coaching feedback. We will not use, publish, or share your video for marketing or any other purpose without your separate, explicit written consent.
Payments and Refunds
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase.
- Video breakdowns are typically delivered within 48 hours of submission.
- Refunds may be requested within 5 days if a breakdown has not yet been delivered. Once a breakdown has been completed and delivered, purchases are non-refundable.
Assumption of Risk
Baseball and related physical training carry an inherent risk of injury. Coaching feedback, drills, and recommendations provided by Virtual Baseball 101 are for educational purposes only. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child performs any drills or exercises safely and within their physical capability, and should consult a medical professional with any concerns about injury or physical limitations before beginning new training activities.
No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized coaching feedback, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, improvement timelines, or results from following our recommendations.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including videos, written materials, and course content created by Virtual Baseball 101, is the property of Virtual Baseball 101 and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtual Baseball 101 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to injury sustained while performing recommended drills or exercises.
Changes to These Terms
